- Marine Conservation Partnerships: A portion of every charter fee is donated directly to our local conservation partners, including the Komodo Survival Program and Manta Watch. These funds support critical research, anti-poaching patrols, and community education programs.
- Elimination of Single-Use Plastics: All vessels in our curated fleet are contractually obligated to be free of single-use plastic water bottles, straws, and bathroom amenities. We provide guests with reusable water bottles and supply filtered water, along with eco-friendly, locally-produced toiletries.
- Reef-Safe Policies: We exclusively provide and mandate the use of reef-safe sunscreen for all guests and crew. Our divemasters and guides are trained to enforce strict no-touch policies on all snorkeling and diving excursions to protect fragile coral ecosystems.
- Waste Management Protocols: We adhere to a strict “pack in, pack out” policy for all waste generated during a charter. Nothing is ever discharged into the sea. Waste is sorted onboard and properly disposed of at designated facilities in Labuan Bajo.
- Carbon Offsetting: We are committed to mitigating our carbon footprint. We calculate the estimated fuel consumption for each charter and invest in certified Indonesian carbon offset projects focused on reforestation and renewable energy.

- Sourcing from Local Enterprises: We procure fresh produce, fish, and other provisions from local markets and farmers in Labuan Bajo, ensuring that tourism revenue directly supports the local economy.
- Supporting Traditional Crafts: We facilitate respectful visits to local villages like Papagarang, where guests can purchase authentic, handmade crafts directly from the artisans, providing a vital source of income.
- Community Development Projects: Through the Juara Holding Group’s foundation, we support educational and sanitation projects in remote villages within the Komodo archipelago, contributing to the long-term well-being of the community.
